MIDDLESEX COUNTY–On Tuesday August 7th, counties throughout New Jersey celebrated National Night Out. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.

Women Aware representatives were invited to participate throughout Middlesex County, and collaborated with: Dunellen Borough Police Department, Highland Park Police Department, Middlesex Borough Police Department, Monroe Township, South River Police Department, and South Brunswick Township.

Our community members and police are key partners in helping families move beyond abuse.
